Overview

The HDZero AIO5 is the world’s first digital all-in-one flight controller designed for 65mm whoops and other 1S micro drones. It integrates an F4 FC, a 4-in-1 ESC, an HDZero digital VTX, and an onboard ExpressLRS 2.4GHz receiver—all on a single compact board.

With a reinforced single-board design, improved minimum voltage (2.5V), and a powerful 5V/1A BEC, the AIO5 delivers unmatched clarity and reliability for ultralight digital whoops. Developed in collaboration between Happymodel and HDZero, this board enables sub-20g bind-and-fly digital builds with crisp HDZero video.
