Eligibility Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Condition Requirements

Returned items must be:

  • in the same condition as received,
  • unused,
  • with original packaging and accessories,
  • and accompanied by proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, email support@launchpadfpv.ca.
Returns must be approved before an item is sent back. Items returned without approval may be refused.

If your return is approved, you will receive instructions and a return label (when applicable).

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can review and resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and quality control reasons, the following categories are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or special-order items
  • Hazardous goods, flammable items, or pressurized products
  • Batteries
  • Wear-and-tear items or consumables (e.g., certain accessories, propellers)
  • Final-sale and clearance items
  • Gift cards

If you’re unsure whether an item is eligible, contact us before purchasing.

Exchanges

Exchanges are handled as a return followed by a new purchase once the original item is approved and processed.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.
Processing can take up to 10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

If more than 15 business days have passed after your refund approval, contact us at launchpadfpv@protonmail.com.

Restocking Fees

A 15% restocking fee applies to discretionary returns (e.g., changed mind, no longer needed) after an item has shipped.
Shipping costs for discretionary returns are the responsibility of the customer.
