Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Options (Canada)
Letter Mail (Untracked)
Available for small, flat accessories and lightweight parts under 2 cm thick.
Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days. Via Canada Post.
⚠️ This option has no tracking or insurance. Launchpad FPV is not responsible for untracked shipments lost in transit.
Standard Shipping (Tracked)
Recommended for drones, batteries, chargers, and higher-value orders.
Estimated delivery: 2–7 business days via UPS, Canada Post, or other regional carriers.
Express Shipping (Tracked)
Fastest option for urgent orders.
Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days Via UPS or Canada Post within Canada.
Free Shipping (Tracked)
Free tracked shipping on orders over $200 CAD.
Shipped UPS, Unless otherwise Stated.
Shipping Options (United States)
We currently ship to the United States under standard customs exemption rules (Section 321, duty-free up to $800 USD).
Economy Mail (Untracked)
Budget shipping for small, flat items.
Estimated delivery: 1–3 weeks. Via Canada post > USPS. No tracking or insurance.
Standard US Shipping (Tracked)
For boxed orders and kits.
Estimated delivery: 6–10 business days. Via UPS
Express US Shipping (Tracked)
Fastest available service.
Estimated delivery: 4–8 business days, Via UPS, depending on location.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable).
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours after dispatch.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your tracked order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can start a carrier investigation.
For untracked Letter Mail or Economy Mail, Launchpad FPV is not liable for loss or delay once dispatched.
Local Pickup
Local pickup is not available at this time but may be introduced for Ontario customers soon.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (U.S. Orders)
Orders to the U.S. are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU).
Buyers are responsible for any import fees or taxes that may apply, though most orders under $800 USD enter duty-free.
Launchpad FPV is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
